NATURA MUSICAL (Brazil)
After 15 years of great success, supporting numerous projects and artists, in 2017 Natura Musical felt the need to renew its models and expand the relationship with its audience.
Our advisory service was sought to support process innovation on two fronts:
1. In the repositioning of the Natura Musical brand and
2. In reformulating the application process for the artist support program, including creative hubs and hybrid programs from Brazilian music producers.
Our Solutions Design, which is based on 4D Fluxonomy, combined training, collaborative solutions prototyping and leadership advice, simplifying some results.
Beatriz Moraes Araújo’s (the brand’s Institutional Marketing Management manager in 2017) testimony confirms that the new, more dynamic application process generated qualitative innovation results throughout the entire process of planning and executing the program, which include repositioning its purpose and Communication.
