JABUTI 2020 AWARD FINALIST

After forty years of experience in different levels, countries and scales, Lala systematized 4D Fluxonomy, a tool to simplify processes and guide choices. There are seven steps that involve understanding the world, designing the future and new economies, organizing and putting into flow our main available resources: knowledge, infrastructure, people, time, among others. Resources that go beyond just the monetary, with which we can sustainably generate value through collaboration.

Launched in 2019, “New Economies Enabling Desirable Futures” was nominated among the finalists for the Jabuti 2020 award, in the Creative Economy category. Its content can be understood on several levels, depending on the reader’s breadth and depth of knowledge. It can be considered a technical book, which introduces the step by step of an innovative methodology; an informative book that enables updates on the dynamics of the new economies (creative, shared, collaborative and multivalued); or even a book about life, which reveals a new outlook, inspiring people to shift from intention to action.

Fluxcycle is a playful and interactive object, conceived by Lala Deheinzelin with designer and fluxonomist Adrienne Reyes.⁣

The three-dimensional piece, inspired by the kaleidocycle of visual artist, MC Escher, it facilitates the visualization and understanding of the four dimensions of sustainability, in addition to providing guidance on how the four new economies can be applied.

Each face and color represents a dimension and economy, indicating the type of resource that needs to be leveraged to generate value, according to the concepts of Fluxonomy 4D. ⁣
